Submission Deadline: June 6, 2023
By following your reuqest, the submission will be finally extended to June 6.
Please submit your paper or abstract at any time before this date.

Policies

Papers should be at least 6 full pages, including figures, tables, and references. When a paper exceeds 7 pages, extra pages will be chargeable.
Submissions that are identical (or substantially similar) to versions that have been previously published, or accepted for publication, or that have been submitted in parallel to other conferences or journals are not appropriate for ICEMP and violate our dual submission policy. 
Multiple submissions with an excessive amount of overlap in their text or technical content are not acceptable. The technical committee reserves the right to immediately reject all submissions which they deem to be excessively similar and by the same authors.

Registration Type

☞Author / Presenter can start the registration process when your paper is accepetd.
☞ Full Paper, the first 7 pages are free, extra page will be charged at 60 USD/ page.
☞Only those who has the same first author can enjoy the additional paper price, when you do the registration for more than 1 paper.
☞The student price is only for student. You should offer the scanned copy of your student ID card or proof when you do the registration.
☞One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings
☞All the companying person should register as a listener to attend the conference.
☞Listener registration please fill in the online registration form and finish the payment at first. (Online Registration Form)
☞Onsite registration is only for listener. If you choose to do the payment onsite, please fill in the online registration form at first.
☞Kindly notice that we can't guarantee the conference materials for you when you choose to registration online .
☞Your registration will be confirmed by icemp.org@vip.163.com when it's successful; if you fail to receive any feedback, please contact us.
☞All registered participants will get the name tage onsite, please wear it when you attend the conference during this period.

Cancellation Policy

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ICEMP Conference Secretary in advance.

Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2023 are entitled to refund minus 10% processing fee for author registrations and presenter registrations, During April 1, 2023 to June 1, 2023, minus 30% processing fee for author registrations and presenter registrations when the author reqest to refund. No refund can be allowed after June 1, 2023.

Personal Reason
The ICEMP2023 cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure
The ICEMP2023 cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
